Sales & Marketing Representative

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to perform the following duties in Champaign, IL and the surrounding market area.

• Market performance of Food service’s high quality products and superior food service delivery to a wide range of customers including restaurants, cafeterias and related businesses within a geographical sales territory.
• Regularly visit customer and prospective customer locations.
• Grow market share by opening new accounts.
• Develop business by being a champion of company-branded products.
• Develop and execute business plans.
• Ensure that independent and regional account business is developed and budgeted sales and profit objectives are achieved.
• Manage pricing, collect money, and monitor credit term compliance.
• Effectively manage time and resources to attain results.

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6‑12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

We offer a salary between $65–75K, based upon experience, during training. Post training, reps will earn commissions plus a subsidy until they scale their territory to 100% commission. Top performers can earn well over $100,000 annually.
