Senior Executive – Freight Brokerage

Our client, a highly successful asset-based transportation provider operating a fleet of more than 1,000 power units, is seeking an accomplished Freight Brokerage Executive to lead and accelerate the growth of its established brokerage division.

This is a rare opportunity to join a financially strong organization with significant scale, resources, and executive-level commitment to continued brokerage expansion. The brokerage business currently generates approximately $100 million in annual revenue and is positioned for substantial future growth.

• Provide strategic leadership for a multi-location freight brokerage operation
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives
• Lead and develop brokerage sales leaders and business development teams
• Build and execute growth strategies across multiple regions
• Partner with executive leadership to identify new opportunities and enhance market presence
• Develop high-performance sales cultures focused on customer acquisition and retention

• 10+ years of truckload freight brokerage experience
• Minimum 5 years of brokerage sales leadership and sales management experience
• Demonstrated success growing brokerage revenue and profitability
• Proven track record managing and scaling multi-location brokerage operations
• Strong leadership, recruiting, and team development capabilities
• Experience with in larger transportation or logistics organizations preferred
