Position: Client Executive – Financial Services, Large Financial Institutions

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Industry Executives to identify and drive adoption of new product opportunities, supporting strategic client growth.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to deepen relationships with a key, large-scale client, delivering on revenue and expansion goals.
  • Lead and manage high-impact client initiatives, leveraging strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiate and close complex, multi-million dollar, long-term agreements with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate exceptional executive communication skills, a business‑oriented mindset (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience), and willingness to travel up to 40%.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in direct sales and/or partnerships within banking or fintech, with a proven ability to engage across all levels of the buying organization.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers, navigating complex stakeholder environments with credibility and influence.
  • Strong understanding of data‑driven solutions (credit, fraud, marketing/analytics) and how they address critical client business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver optimal client outcomes.
  • Skilled at navigating complex client environments and delivering integrated, strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Deep financial services industry expertise, including banking, fintech, credit risk, fraud, marketing, and analytics.
