District Sales Manager

Job Overview

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaches and develops the team.

• Lead a team of Account Sales Managers and manage in‑store execution.
• Drive sales volume and achieve sales targets.
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coach and develop the sales team.

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Travel availability 0‑10 %.
