Job Description

3940 Group is currently hiring a Sales Associate in Peoria, IL
. This is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals who are energetic, people-oriented, and interested in building a career in sales, marketing, and business development.

This role focuses on face-to-face marketing and sales
, working in retail and event-based environments. You will engage directly with customers, promote client products and services, and help drive brand awareness and sales growth through personal interaction.

The position offers a structured training program, making it ideal for candidates looking to develop professional communication, sales, and leadership skills in a hands-on environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: $15/hour (approximately $700/week) + bonuses + commission opportunities

Key responsibilities:

• Direct customer engagement in retail and event settings
• Promoting products and services in a professional manner
• Building customer relationships and generating sales
• Working closely with a team to meet performance goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development
