Security Officer - Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store associates by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify suspicious behavior;
Monitor for policy violations, loitering, theft-related concerns, and other unusual activity, and document observations through detailed security-related reports;
Assist with closing procedures, alarm-related responses, crowd management during busy shopping periods, and support for loss prevention and store operations as directed by site policies
