Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a government location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations through established channels;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed;
Monitor entrances and exits, verify authorized access as directed, maintain visitor records, and help protect restricted government areas from unauthorized entry;
Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, maintain required logs, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site representatives
