Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installer

Position Summary

Lanz Heating & Cooling is searching for a full‑time HVAC Installation Tech / Entry‑Level Installer to install quality residential HVAC systems for the good citizens of our Champaign, IL community. In this vital role you will work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service while meeting company standards for installations. The position offers an industry‑competitive pay plus SPIFF opportunities and a daily schedule beginning at 7:00 am or an agreed‑upon time with the supervisor.

Family‑owned since 2002, we are a leading heating and air conditioning contractor with a fleet of about 36 trucks that provides HVAC, plumbing, underground solutions, piping, duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning services for both residential and commercial customers.
