Position Summary
Lanz Heating & Cooling is searching for a full‑time HVAC Installation Tech / Entry‑Level Installer to install quality residential HVAC systems for the good citizens of our Champaign, IL community. In this vital role you will work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service while meeting company standards for installations. The position offers an industry‑competitive pay plus SPIFF opportunities and a daily schedule beginning at 7:00 am or an agreed‑upon time with the supervisor.

- Competent using hand tools correctly
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to perform the physical demands of the job
