As a Field Service Technician you will provide best‑in‑class service and support to large retail customers. You will perform installations, maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance and system overhauls across an assigned territory, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.

• Hourly Pay Range: $18 to $20, depending on location and experience levels
• Overtime available at time and a half

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment, including self‑checkout systems, within an assigned territory
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record satisfying fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Prepared for prolonged travel and driving several hours per day
• Flexible to rotating and weekend shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times and some holidays
• Capable of carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lb without assistance, and up to 150 lb with assistance
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and repeatedly grasp and manipulate objects of varying size

• Experience with large servers, mainframes, and imaging software
• A+ Certification, CompTIA or N+ Certification
• One or more years of related experience

$38,900 – $58,300 annually
