Salary Range: $22.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and trade knowledge.

We are seeking a full‑time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience—including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work. The more skills you bring, the more we can offer you. You will work on projects ranging from small patch‑and‑paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. With our consistent workload and strong leadership, this is a sought‑after opportunity for a permanent role.

This position offers an hourly wage of $22–$32, a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, paid holidays, accruing PTO, and overtime (40+ at regular rate; double time after 60+). Overtime and pay are due for construction phases only (no water mitigation).
