Champaign, Illinois. Position:
Commercial Door Technicians & Commercial Door Installers (Automatic Entry Doors, Manual Entry Doors, Commercial Doors). We are hiring both Experienced Commercial Door Service Technicians/Installers and Trainees.
This individual must be able to safely lift 100 lbs. overhead. A Valid Driver’s License is required with a good driving record.
Previous experience in construction, general labor, service technology, installation, carpentry, mechanic, assembly work or any skilled trade is desirable; training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities- Install or service commercial entry doors and door hardware or commercial doors (sectional, rolling steel, high speed, etc.).
- Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware or commercial doors.
- Operate in a safety conscious manner at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Able to safely lift 100 pounds over the head.
- Commercial door experience and welding experience preferred; training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience in construction, general labor, service technology, installation, carpentry, mechanic, assembly work or any skilled trade is helpful; training will be provided.
