Perform body repairs, R&R, prep work, and damage assessments

Communicate repair progress and flag issues early

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area

Follow safety standards, PPE requirements, and regulations

Entry-level to mid-level technicians encouraged to apply

0–3 years of collision repair experience or hands‑on training

Willingness to learn and grow technical skills

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mindset

Valid Driver’s License (required)

Preferred: I-CAR and/or ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
