• Hold a valid professional license or certification as a School Social Worker (state-specific certification required).
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest supporting K-12 populations.
• Ability to adapt caseloads and responsibilities according to student needs and your professional strengths.
• Effective communication skills, collaborating well with students, staff, and families.
• Familiarity with diverse student populations and a commitment to culturally responsive practice.

• Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to students across multiple grade levels.
• Coordinate interventions and plans in partnership with teachers, administrators, and outside agencies.
• Conduct individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and assessments as needed.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Advocate for student resources, connect families to community supports, and help facilitate an inclusive learning environment.
