Desired Qualifications- Hold a valid professional license or certification as a School Social Worker (state-specific certification required).
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest supporting K-12 populations.
- Ability to adapt caseloads and responsibilities according to student needs and your professional strengths.
- Effective communication skills, collaborating well with students, staff, and families.
- Familiarity with diverse student populations and a commitment to culturally responsive practice.
- Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to students across multiple grade levels.
- Coordinate interventions and plans in partnership with teachers, administrators, and outside agencies.
- Conduct individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and assessments as needed.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Advocate for student resources, connect families to community supports, and help facilitate an inclusive learning environment.
