These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain, and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare, and Civilian Agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, deploy, operate, and maintain scalable applications in a cloud-based, high-availability environment. This role focuses on delivering efficient, secure solutions using Dev Sec Ops  practices, automation, and modern technologies while driving business value.

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications across the SDLC
• Implement Dev Sec Ops  practices to automate security and mitigate vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with security teams to triage and remediate risks
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
• Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and service‑oriented architectures
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and 99%+ uptime availability
• Work closely with development, architecture, and business teams to deliver value‑driven solutions
• Leverage automation and modern tools to improve delivery efficiency
• Write and maintain deployment scripts (Python, Unix Shell)

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years in Dev Sec Ops  environments with cloud‑hosted applications
• Strong experience with Java, Python, AWS, React, Angular
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub, Artifactory)
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Agile methodologies
• Solid understanding of APIs, web services, and service‑oriented architecture
• Experience with databases (MySQL, Postgre

• Familiarity with JBoss, Spark, Vault
• Experience in high‑availability systems (99% uptime)
• Experience with open‑source and COTS tools
• Strong focus on business value delivery

• Knowledge of US Web Design Standards
• Experience supporting federal or regulated environments

• Experience working on large, complex enterprise systems
