About the Position

Climate Express Drivers make America Great one mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles. Our drivers operate 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks that are automatic, equipped with ergonomic seats, a proper steering position, 70 L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, and satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team, which is experienced, will dispatch you safely & legally and provides 24/7 support. The trucks undergo regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face-to-face with managers and team members. Dispatchers know each driver by name and the operations department is available 24/7.

Loads are dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat, 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook, 100% no‑touch freight).

Pay ranges from $1,430 to $1,860 per week and is based on work record and experience. We pay professionals loaded and empty on practical miles, up to 5%–7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles, with annual raises, merit raises, safety bonuses, and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100,000 last year.
