Qualifications- One‑year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience with a Class A CDL
- Starting pay $0.58 to $0.61 CPM
- Average annual salary for the top 50% of drivers: $76,870
- Comprehensive health insurance (BCBS of Nebraska)

- 401(k) matching
- Profit‑sharing program (previously contributed $11.5 million in 2025 and $103 million since 2018)
Drivers receive practical mileage pay: 3–5% more total miles per year than companies that pay based on short‑route miles.
