Non CDL Driver - Warehouse Associate

Richards Building Supply Co. is currently searching for a Non CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate for our Champaign, IL location.

Forklift experience desired.

Pick‑up truck driving experience desired but willing to train.

Opportunity for overtime on Saturdays as needed.

• Safely deliver products to job sites and unload material per customer request.
• Receive materials in the warehouse, load trucks, and process inventory.
• Continuously lift 50‑100 lbs of material throughout the day (some lifting over 100 lbs required).
• Load trucks with material scheduled for the day’s deliveries within compliance of securing and distributing weight limits according to DOT regulations.
• Unload trucks and receive merchandise at the warehouse.
• Move materials and items from receiving to their designated area.

• Valid driver’s license with DOT Med Card (or willingness to obtain one).
• 1 year pick‑up truck driving experience.
• Forklift experience desired.
• Pick‑up truck driving experience desired but willing to train.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Heavy lifting experience.
• Must pass background check and pre‑employment DOT drug screen.
