Martin Bros. is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Assistant to provide professional and accurate delivery service to our customers.

The Delivery Assistants work with Delivery Drivers to provide professional, friendly delivery service to all Martin Bros. customers. The Delivery Assistant works alongside the CDL A drivers to scan, stack, and deliver product into customer locations.

• Make accurate and on-time deliveries to customers.
• Stack, scan, and transport products safely
• Place product in designated temperature-controlled areas (cooler, freezer, dry storage, etc.).

• Delivery routes typically start between2:00 - 4:00 AM; some routes may begin earlier or later depending on location.
• Assistants can expect to work 10-12-hour shifts, averaging 50-55 hours per week.
• Routes are primarily day routes. Monday - Friday;
  Home daily.

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers, the public, and coworkers.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and uniform requirements.
