10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers based in Champaign, Illinois, to operate dry van freight across our over-the-road (OTR) network. This position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).At least one year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.

Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Fleet Responsibilities Safely transport dry van freight across nationwide 48-state shipping lanes.

Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no-touch loading and unloading.

Complete routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.

Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Structured Compensation and Benefits Experienced Driver Pay:
Top earning potential averaging $1,750 to $2,000 per week, with competitive pay of $0.71 per mile.

Refresher Pay Phase: A guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 is available for qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations.

Guaranteed Home Time:
Predictable scheduling with guaranteed home time every weekend for the driver’s 34-hour reset.

Premium Fleet Equipment:
Operate new 2025 and 2026 Freightliner trucks equipped with sleeper APUs, power inverters, and refrigerators.
