Warehouse Lead – oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys problem‑solving, training, and improving processes.
Responsibilities- Supervise & coordinate daily tasks for Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators and support staff.
- Provide coaching and on‑the‑job training to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Conduct audits, monitor procedures, and assist in process improvements.
- Collaborate with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
- Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and enforce company policies.
- Step in as needed to lead shifts and maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- 3+ years of related work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Ability to coach, delegate and motivate a team.
- Hands‑on problem‑solver with a process‑improvement mindset.
- Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training.
- Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations.
- Hands‑on experience in workplace culture and leadership communication.
- Pay Range: $23.82/hour + $0.50 per hour shift differential.
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (off days Saturday & Sunday). - Competitive compensation package.
