Warehouse Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Admin to support our distribution warehouse operations. This role is primarily responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining inventory records, and providing administrative support to the warehouse and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Accurately enter inventory transactions, shipping details, and receiving data into our ERP system - MS Dynamics.
• Generate and review reports related to inventory, shipments, and receipts
• Partner with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
• Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies, escalating issues as needed
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and manifests as required
• Schedule and arrange trucks for outbound shipments with internal or customer portals
• Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems for records, logs, and reports
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols in a warehouse setting

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or data entry role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory/WMS systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
