Job brief

Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Guitar. We do not have a brick-and-mortar studio location in the Champlin, MN area, but we have students needing teachers ASAP. Lessons can occur in the students' homes; in your own home or studio/rehearsal space; or via webcam. Most students still prefer in-person lessons, so local instructors who can host students and/or travel to students in the Champlin, MN area are needed.

• Provide private music lessons focused on guitar to students.
• Set your own schedule and develop curriculum/lesson plans.
• Host lessons at the students home, your own home or studio, or via webcam.
• Participate in light administrative tasks handled by the company (advertising, marketing, SEO, billing) to bring and manage students.

• Formal music training is not mandatory but one of the following is required: a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience.
• Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills; good with kids; timely for all lessons.

• Most lessons are in-person; instructors may be required to travel to students in the Champlin, MN area.
• Webcam lessons are available but represent a small portion of the student base.

You must wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.
