Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care

Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our growing, collaborative Primary Care team. Our Primary Care clinicians provide comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis, and disease management. The successful Clinician will play a vital role in supporting multiple clinics in the West Metro – Champlin, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Rogers, and Wayzata. Minimum of 3+ years of outpatient primary care clinician experience.

No call, no weekends.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.

$108,160 - $157,000 for 1.0 FTE
