Position Overview The Human Resources Generalist ensures the efficient and compliant execution of day-to-day HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, supporting employees and managers with routine HR needs, administering benefits and leave programs, records management, company wide event planning and is the primary owner of HRIS (Paycom) data integrity. This position plays a critical role in delivering a consistent, organized, and employee-focused HR experience while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Execute all onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities
Facilitate and drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
Execute monthly events and annual holiday party for employee engagement
Administer recognition and service award programs
Administer all benefit programs and employee benefit orientation
Maintain HRIS (Paycom) data integrity and system optimization
Administer leave programs & workers compensation
Maintain compliance with federal/state laws, policies and safety practices.
Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Facilitate safety consultant management
Address employee concerns and guide managers on performance and workplace matters
Prepare payroll data and backup as needed
Update Employee SharePoint website
Qualifications:
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years’ experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll system required
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
Bonus Points for: SHRM-CP, SCHRM SCP or PHR Certification Key Competencies Upholds high ethical standards and demonstrates strong personal integrity in all interactions
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal communications skills in both oral and written format
Strong ability to build effective working relationships with employees and managers while consistently presenting a positive, professional image to both employees and candidates
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
High level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data Fosters trust and open communication
