We offer 133 senior units with a mix of Independent/Assisted Living and Memory Care. Maintenance Assistant will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment. They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble‑shooting of building systems and equipment.

Schedule includes:

• 16 hours per pay period
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed

• Basic maintenance and safety awareness
• Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to respond to tenant/visitor/staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines.

• Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
• Experience with mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems
• One to three years of previous experience

• High school Diploma/GED

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
