Facilities & Sustainability Assistant (Part-Time: 1-2 hours per day Mon-Fri)

Minneapolis, MN | Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented team member to help keep our community looking its best inside and out. In this role, you’ll take ownership of painting and cleaning projects throughout the property – including common areas, hallways, stairwells, amenity spaces, and apartment homes during turnover or guest suite refreshes. You’ll also help ensure vacant apartments are clean, show‑ready, and make a strong first impression for future residents.

Beyond the walls, you’ll play a key part in maintaining curb appeal by removing trash and debris, caring for the grounds, and keeping exterior areas spotless. From the fitness center to grill stations and outdoor seating areas, you’ll help ensure every amenity space is welcoming and well‑maintained. This position also supports seasonal projects like planting, power washing, and snow removal, along with other special tasks that keep the property running smoothly year‑round.
