Inbound Operations Manager → Operations Manager

Role Overview:

This position provides leadership and operational oversight in warehouse and distribution environments, managing teams of supervisors and associates to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing budgets and KPIs. The role involves collaborating across departments, developing staff, and maintaining high-performance standards to meet customer service and safety objectives.

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain leadership. Proven ability to lead teams, implement process improvements, and operate within regulated environments is essential. Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills are vital, along with proficiency in warehouse and ERP systems.

Oversee daily operations, lead continuous improvement projects, develop strategies, ensure compliance, manage staffing and budgets, and foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence. Act as the main contact for regulatory adherence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives.
