The Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and leading Granite Bank’s established brand identity, marketing strategy, and campaign initiatives, while leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll be our go-to marketing expert who oversees day-to-day and manages all marketing systems & platforms. Our ideal candidate will use their strategic marketing skills to drive market awareness to grow our business.
This person will translate marketing strategy into measurable business growth, while overseeing day-to-day marketing team operations.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase market awareness and drive new business growth to Granite Bank.
- Create and implement targeted campaigns to attract and engage potential clients and partners.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing), print, and events.
- Oversee social media, email campaigns, video, and digital ads
- Track performance and adjust strategy as needed
- Create content that communicates the benefits of our mortgage & banking products, including website content, brochures, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Ensure content is informative, engaging, and compliant with industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the mortgage and banking industries.
- Use insights to develop targeted marketing strategies and adjust campaigns as needed.

- Manage the organization, distribution, and lifecycle of approved marketing materials across all channels and platforms, including social media posts, flyers, postcards, and other approved collateral.
- Manage marketing inbox and ensure timely responses.
- Manage all marketing related systems; such as, but not limited to:
- Website (hosted on Word Press)
- Signature platform
- CRM
- Social Studio
- Train all staff from admins and users on using marketing systems.
- Lead the marketing team
- Lead, coach, and manage marketing team
- Set clear goals, timelines and priorities
- Manage the marketing budget, track spend and ensure ROI
- Interface with compliance on marketing items. Partnered with Compliance to review and approve marketing materials, ensuring regulatory alignment while adhering to established brand standards and voice.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of experience in managing a marketing department with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience in a bank, mortgage company setting, or financial services is required.
- Experience managing a CRM in a bank or mortgage setting.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage or banking products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to create and manage successful marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, website management, content management systems).
