Directly support and optimize quality operations at both the Champlin, MN control panel shop and the Kasson, MN electrical prefabrication shop. Partner directly with the engineering and production supervision teams to ensure all work consistently aligns with company and regulatory standards.

Integrate all field and shop quality documentation within Autodesk Forma and our specialized manufacturing execution/shop management systems. - Continuous Improvement & Root Cause Analysis: Analyze field rework data, punch lists, and defect trends to identify systemic issues. Lead structured root-cause analyses and implement strategic process improvements to minimize rework costs and elevate operational excellence.
- Training & Mentorship: Design and deliver highly targeted QA/QC toolbox talks and training programs to field staff, supervisors, and project teams. Coach and mentor quality personnel to foster a culture rooted in safety, quality, and individual accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial), Quality Management, Construction Management, or related preferred.
