Closed Holidays: Closed Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

Meal Discounts & Paid Breaks: You will receive a discount on meals (Yes, delicious Butter Burgers at a discount!) both when you work and when you visit on days you don't work! Managers eat FREE!

Uniforms: Free shirt, hat/visor and nametag.

Physical Requirements: Stand/Walk Constantly. Lift/carry 10lb to 50lb. Well groomed in accordance to uniform standards as outlined in the handbook.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving Butter Burgers® and Frozen Custard. Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people.
