- Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
- Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Lift, bend, and move product from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Champlin, MN
- Schedule availability required:
Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday - 20-25 hrs/wk
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store teams and management. Proficient in executing merchandising plans and maintaining product availability through effective communication and operational execution.
