Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time School Social Worker for the school year in the Champlin, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do
- Provide school social worker services in the school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in School Social Work
- Active Minnesota School Social Worker License through PELSB
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
