Following our breakthrough feature on Shark Tank India Season 4, Skate Supply India is scaling rapidly. We have a dedicated performance team handling our paid ad budgets—we now need an absolute creative engine to take 100% ownership of our organic content channels.

We’re looking for a self-starter who can brainstorm the idea, shoot the footage, edit the clip, and understand the data behind why it works.

What You’ll Do:

• Total Content Ownership:
Script, shoot and edit (if you can) high-retention Reels, Shorts, and viral video formats right from our warehouse floor.

• Calendar & Campaigns:
Build, maintain, and execute the monthly organic content calendar. Lead organic launch campaigns for new skate deck drops and streetwear lines.

• Culture Coverage:
Capture product launches, local skate events, community meetups, and raw behind-the-scenes content.

• Trend Jacking:
Stay on top of fast-moving Gen-Z trends, memes, and audio tracks, finding ways to make them relevant to SSI.

• Performance Tracking:
Track organic watch-time hooks, reach, and engagement metrics to continuously improve content performance.

• Brand Voice:
Establish a strong, recognizable, non-cringe voice for SSI online.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

1–3+ years of experience in hands-on social media management or D2C content creation.

• Production

Skills:

Elite mobile videography skills and speed-editing mastery using tools like Cap Cut, VN Editor, or Premiere Pro.

• Storytelling: A strong understanding of hooks, retention mechanics, trend cycles, and social formats.

• The Vibe Check:
Deep familiarity or passion for action sports, streetwear, fashion, D2C, or youth counterculture is a massive plus.

Location:

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh immediately for a 100% on-site role.
