Audit Senior

Chandler, AZ (Hybrid)

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 DOE

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
  • Experience leading audit, review, and compilation engagements
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and client communication skills
Preferred

CPA license and/or Master’s degree in Accounting

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements from risk assessment through final delivery
  • Lead fieldwork activities and ensure high-quality engagement execution
  • Review work papers and financial statements for compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members
  • Maintain proactive client communication and strong professional relationships
  • Identify audit issues and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure engagements are completed on time and within budget
  • Stay current on accounting standards and regulatory changes
