Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 DOE
Must-Have Qualifications- 3–5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
- Experience leading audit, review, and compilation engagements
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and client communication skills
CPA license and/or Master’s degree in Accounting

Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements from risk assessment through final delivery
- Lead fieldwork activities and ensure high-quality engagement execution
- Review work papers and financial statements for compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members
- Maintain proactive client communication and strong professional relationships
- Identify audit issues and recommend process improvements
- Ensure engagements are completed on time and within budget
- Stay current on accounting standards and regulatory changes
