Role: Staff Accountant Hours: Full Time Pay: $50 - $60K Location: Chandler, 85226
What You’ll Do- Prepare, review, and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Support month‑end and year‑end close, audits, and financial reporting
- Analyze expenses, make GL adjustments, and resolve discrepancies
- Help maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance
- Partner cross‑functionally to ensure accurate financial data
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 0–3 years of accounting experience (public accounting exposure preferred)
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and well‑organized
- Self‑directed, proactive team player with a desire to learn
