As Turf & Tree Landscaping continues to grow, the company is seeking an Office Manager who will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting both clients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing incoming calls and emails to ensure prompt and professional communication
  • Manage accounts receivable, including following up on outstanding accounts to support healthy cash flow
  • Process accounts payable, accurately code vendor invoices, and assist with monthly financial close procedures
  • Support payroll processing by collecting timecards, identifying discrepancies, and submitting accurate data on schedule
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, coordinating system access, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience
  • Maintain compliance records such as licenses, permits, and equipment inspections to ensure all requirements are current
  • Utilize Aspire software daily to manage paperwork and data flow within the branch
  • Assist the branch manager with reporting, vendor communications, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support
  • Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and human resources processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily interaction with clients, crew leads, and vendors
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding numbers, dates, and deadlines
  • Experience in the landscaping or construction industries is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
