** Pay:** $68K - $75K + Bonus Eligible       We are seeking an
** Accountant
* * to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role will be responsible for AP, AR, payroll, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* * Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
* Process bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now and support payroll compliance
* Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
* Assist with financial reporting, audits, cash forecasting, and compliance reporting
* Monitor collections, process employee expenses, and maintain vendor/customer records
* Support SOX controls, internal audits, and process improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with Finance, HR, and operational teams on accounting projects and reporting needs  
** Qualifications*
* * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 3-9 years of accounting experience, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and/or month-end close
* Experience with payroll systems; ADP Workforce Now preferred
* ERP experience required; SAP Business One preferred
* Strong Excel skills and understanding of accounting principles
* Experience supporting audits and financial documentation preferred
