Overview

Primavera is seeking a dynamic individual to join our innovative team as a Testing Clerk. This position reports to the State Testing Coordinator to perform a variety of clerical services and support for leadership and the mission and vision of Primavera. This is a hybrid position working in office at minimum Tuesdays and Wednesdays but subject to change based on the needs of the school.

Primary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists with all aspects of testing as appointed by State Testing Coordinator and Benchmark Testing Coordinator.
  • Maintains and supports data accuracy - ensures accurate rosters, test assignments, and notes within the school systems on a cycle basis.
  • Attends all testing training or meetings held by the state regarding state testing and assessment vendors.
  • Assists in providing training, guidance, and supervision for school personnel in the materials management of assessment.
  • Maintains inventory and organizes testing materials. Orders material needed for testing.
  • Coordinates with proper personnel (teachers, IT, other employees) as needed.
  • Proficiently uses Pearson Access Next (PAN), Prima’s State Testing Database, and/or other systems as required.
  • Resolves and troubleshoots any testing issues.
  • Maintains state testing, FERPA, and school security standards always.
  • Collaborates to determine priorities and opportunities in order to provide administrative support for Primavera needs.
  • Performs a wide variety of clerical tasks including filing, faxing, data entry and other related activities.
  • Compiles data and informational reports as trained and requested.
  • Travels offsite as needed.
  • Performs duties related to purchase order requests/needs such as travel arrangements, credit card purchases, etc. related to state testing. To include reconciliation of purchases/accounts.
  • Works overtime as needed during the months of March and April (or during testing season).
  • Shows flexibility in performing other duties relating to the general job function as assigned by the supervisor.

Education/Training
  • High school diploma and two (2) years office experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience that provide the required knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient in Excel
Other Requirements
  • 1-year prior experience in an administrative role
  • Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred
