A company is looking for a Buyer Expeditor.
Key Responsibilities- Submit electronic purchase orders to suppliers and customers within established time frames
- Expedite purchase orders with vendors and communicate timely notifications of date changes or delays
- Resolve purchase order discrepancies and manage discrepancy reports for the department
- High school Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in an administrative environment with expediting and procurement experience
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
- Experience in vendor registration and audit document compilation is preferred
