The Front Office & Operations Assistant plays a key role in the daily operations of Lanmark Installation / Artificial Grass Superstore. This position is responsible for managing front desk activities, answering and directing phone calls, supporting warehouse operations, preparing customer estimates, and assisting management with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Greet customers and visitors at the front desk
  • Provide basic product and service information or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales and installation teams as needed
  • Assist in preparing customer estimates and proposals
  • Enter and update customer information in company systems
  • File documents, maintain records, and organize office materials
  • Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks and reporting
Warehouse & Operations Assistance
  • Assist in the warehouse with organizing materials, inventory counts, and light lifting as needed
  • Help coordinate material pickups and deliveries
  • Ensure the front desk and warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
General Support
  • Assist management with daily operational needs and special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company operations
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working with estimating or scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to assist in both office and warehouse settings
  • Dependable, team‑oriented, and professional demeanor
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move between office and warehouse areas
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs occasionally
  • Full‑time position
  • Work is split between office/front desk and warehouse environments
Compensation
  • $22.50 to $25.00 hourly based on experience
