The Front Office & Operations Assistant plays a key role in the daily operations of Lanmark Installation / Artificial Grass Superstore. This position is responsible for managing front desk activities, answering and directing phone calls, supporting warehouse operations, preparing customer estimates, and assisting management with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Greet customers and visitors at the front desk
- Provide basic product and service information or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales and installation teams as needed
- Assist in preparing customer estimates and proposals
- Enter and update customer information in company systems
- File documents, maintain records, and organize office materials
- Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks and reporting
- Assist in the warehouse with organizing materials, inventory counts, and light lifting as needed
- Help coordinate material pickups and deliveries
- Ensure the front desk and warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist management with daily operational needs and special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with estimating or scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to assist in both office and warehouse settings
- Dependable, team‑oriented, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand, walk, and move between office and warehouse areas
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs occasionally
- Full‑time position
- Work is split between office/front desk and warehouse environments
- $22.50 to $25.00 hourly based on experience
