Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay Range: $20.00 - $30.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule Options:

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We're looking for two Dispatcher / Routing Coordinators to help manage technician schedules, optimize routes, and keep service operations running smoothly.

This role blends logistics, communication, and real-time problem-solving.

• Build and adjust daily technician schedules
• Optimize routes to reduce drive time and increase productivity
• Communicate delays, updates, and job changes to customers
• Work closely with technicians to manage workflow in real time
• Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate job and customer data in Service Titan
• Help identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency

Required:

• Prior experience in dispatching, routing, or service coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to think quickly and adjust plans as needed
• Clear communication with both customers and field teams

Preferred:

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar systems

• Someone who enjoys problem-solving under pressure
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Comfortable making decisions quickly
• A team player who communicates effectively with field staff
