As a Biller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient billing processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and issuing accurate invoices to clients.
• Reviewing and verifying billing data for completeness and accuracy.
• Resolving billing discrepancies and responding to client inquiries.
• Maintaining organized records of billing transactions.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in billing or a related field.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in basic billing software or tools.
• Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with great communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
