Data Collector & Document Control Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Collector & Document Control Specialist to support data management and document control activities across critical operations. This role ensures accurate data collection, organization, and maintenance of controlled documents within Microsoft Office and SharePoint systems. The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain data integrity in a fast-paced environment.
Part-time candidates will be considered.
- Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability
- Manage document control processes, including creation, revision, approval routing, and archiving
- Maintain and organize SharePoint libraries, ensuring proper version control, metadata, and access permissions
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, logs, and tracking tools using Microsoft Office
- Support audits and compliance requirements by ensuring documentation is current and accessible
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment with documentation standards
- Monitor and improve data quality and resolve inconsistencies
- Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making
- Expert in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong SharePoint experience including libraries and workflows
- Experience in data collection or document control
- High attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Able to perform field walks/verifications
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with document control or quality systems
- Experience with Power Automate or Power BI
- Data accuracy and integrity
- Process discipline

- Ability to work independently and across teams
Relevant associate or bachelor's degree or facilities technician experience or equivalent
Years of ExperienceLevel 1: 0-4 years' experience
