The Keller Group is partnering with a growing and stable organization based in Chandler to hire an Executive Assistant who will serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises exceptional judgment and thrives in a fast-paced environment where discretion, initiative, and problem-solving are essential to success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for the CEO while helping optimize time and priorities
- Serve as a professional and trusted point of contact for key customers, leadership team members and external stakeholders
- Own all travel planning and logistics, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, contingency planning, and executive preferences
- Manage sensitive communications with a high level of professionalism, discretion and judgment
- Coordinate and manage logistics for large customer meetings, executive off-sites and conferences
- Track leadership team action items, deadlines and commitments while proactively following up to ensure execution
- Exercise independent judgment in determining which matters can be handled autonomously and which require executive involvement
- Develop systems and processes that improve efficiency, organization, and executive effectiveness across the business
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff or similar strategic support capacity
- Experience coordinating complex travel, events and executive schedules
- Experience managing executive events, customer meetings, and large-scale conference logistics preferred
- Exceptional organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and operate with minimal direction
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand priorities and make informed decisions
- High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and modern productivity tools
