Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading‑edge chip‑making facility – a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success.

Job Summary

The Turnover Clerk supports the construction turnover process by organizing turnover packages, maintaining documentation, tracking punch list items, and updating turnover records. This role works with construction, field engineering, quality, completions, commissioning, startup, subcontractors, and project teams to help ensure required information is accurate, complete, and ready for handover in accordance with project procedures and milestone requirements.

Major Responsibilities
  • Organizes and maintains digital and hard‑copy turnover packages for assigned systems, areas, or work scopes.
  • Collects, checks, and files required drawings, inspection records, test reports, quality documents, vendor data, and other turnover records.
  • Supports walkdowns by preparing materials, recording punch list items, and updating tracking tools.
  • Enters, verifies, and updates turnover, punch list, and document status information in project systems.
  • Identifies missing documents, incomplete items, or status gaps and follows up with responsible team members.
  • Provides administrative support and communicates documentation needs, status updates, and follow‑up items to project teams.
Education and Experience Requirements

Requires a University Hire with 1‑2 years of experience or 5‑6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize documents, records, and package information accurately.
  • Basic understanding of construction documents, turnover packages, punch lists, and project records.
  • Ability to enter, track, verify, and report information using databases, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow up with multiple project team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment while maintaining accurate files, records, and status updates.
