Senior Administrative Clerk (Part-Time, 4 hours per day)
Location: Chandler, Arizona (Independence, Chandler USD 80)
Salary: $17.86 per hour
Calendar: 2082PT – July 10 – May 21, 2027;
Total work days: 184, paid holidays: 6, total paid days: 190
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, including courses in business‑related subjects
- Some previous clerical experience preferred
- Ability to type accurately at an acceptable rate of speed
- Proficiency in computer skills and applications relevant to the position
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Flexibility to work in assigned areas and possess required knowledge and skills
- Adherence to district policies and procedures affecting assigned work
Core
Job Functions:
- Perform a wide variety of clerical tasks, including typing, filing, coding, and preparing reports
- Maintain records and files
- Input data into the computer
- Answer inquiries by telephone or in person and provide appropriate information
- Relieve other absent staff members
- Maintain confidentiality of protected student and staff information even after leaving employment
- Be flexible and perform other duties relating to general job function as assigned by the supervisor
- Protect students' well‑being and safety while in the employee's care
- Operate and care for school district equipment properly
- Follow district policies as outlined
- Perform all duties safely and prudently as directed by supervisors

Physical Requirements:
- Positions often require stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, and sitting.
