Base Salary: $16.83
Calendar: 2081 H FT 184 total work days, 22 paid holidays, 206 total paid days

Performance Pay:
Available annually, prorated based on FTE

Experience:
1% for two or more years of full time like experience and an additional 1% per year not to exceed the maximum hiring range of 5%.

Job Goal:
Perform a variety of clerical services, following standardized procedures, in an assigned area.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer skills and applications as relates to this position
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google, or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Knowledge of and adherence to district policies and procedures affecting assigned work
- Perform a wide variety of clerical work including typing, filing, coding and preparing reports
- Maintain a variety of records and files
- Input information into computer
- Receive inquiries by telephone or in person and reply accordingly
- Assist as needed when other staff members are absent
- Maintain confidentiality of student and staff member information even after no longer employed or enrolled in CUSD schools
- Accept responsibility for student well-being and safety while in employee’s care
- Perform other duties assigned that support the overall objective of the position
