Administrative Assistant (Part-Time with possibility of Full-Time in the future) Are you a detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives on bringing order to chaos and making a tangible impact every single day? Do you dream of a role where your organizational superpowers directly contribute to a growing law firm’s success and client satisfaction? If you’re nodding your head, keep reading – this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.

You will be the operational backbone of Evermore Law Group, directly enabling our attorney to focus on high-level legal strategy and client relationships. You'll be the wizard behind the curtain, ensuring every client interaction and every real estate transaction flows seamlessly. This isn't just about administrative tasks; it's about owning critical workflows, managing client journeys, and being an indispensable part of our growth story.

Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will be key to our success. This is a part-time position, offering $20-$25 an hour, with a goal for conversion to full-time employment based on firm growth. Responsibilities:
Orchestrating Real Estate Transactions: You'll manage the entire lifecycle of residential real estate purchases and sales, from initial contract acceptance through post-closing follow-up, ensuring every deadline is met and every document is perfectly organized.
Seamless Client Journey Management: You will guide clients through critical stages, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and delighted by our service, from onboarding to post-closing communications.
Mastering Our Calendar & Communications: You'll expertly manage the firm's calendar, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all communications are timely and professional.
Data & Document Dynamo: You will be responsible for precise data entry, document production, and maintaining impeccably organized electronic files, making sure information is always accessible and accurate.
Proactive Problem Solving: You'll identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to improve our operational efficiency, freeing up the attorney's time for high-value work.
Supporting Firm Growth: Your efficient management of day-to-day operations will directly contribute to our goal of doubling the real estate side of our business, paving the way for your transition to a full-time role.

Qualifications:

Who This Is For You are a natural organizer who genuinely enjoys bringing order to complex processes and systems. You are self-motivated, entrepreneurial in spirit, and thrive in an environment where you can take initiative and wear many hats. You possess exceptional people skills, enjoying client interaction and maintaining a warm, professional demeanor in all communications. You are a meticulous detail-seeker, understanding that the smallest detail can make the biggest difference in legal work.

• Who This Is NOT For You are looking for a long-term role where you can grow with a firm and make a significant, measurable impact. You are uncomfortable with technology or unwilling to learn new software and systems quickly. You prefer to be told exactly what to do rather than creatively problem-solve and anticipate needs. You shy away from phone communication and proactive follow-up with clients and external parties.

You are looking for a strictly 9-to-5 job with no connection to the firm's overall success and growth. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
