Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented trademark docketing specialist in the United States. You will manage a high-volume inbox, docket deadlines across filings, oppositions, and litigation, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience with IP management systems such as Foundation IP, Memotech, or IPFolio and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. A paralegal certificate is a plus, as is familiarity with U.S. and international trademark procedures.
